Develop a web application Using Microsoft Threat modelling tool

Project Abstract

Today’s technology determines the necessity of a proactive approach to cybersecurity, and this research paper intends to be a relevant response to this need. So it proposes to generate a threat assessment inside the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and integrate MTMT with the STRIDE architecture into the web application. Giving organisations the tools to conduct regular testing and to fix the vulnerabilities that are found can help them become cyber resilient over time by infusing the culture of security awareness. The study assesses the efficacy of the proposed method through the use of mixed-methods approach which include a literature review and case studies. The primary security strategy in the digital environment is supposed to be proactive threat modelling that will help to lower risks and ensure the safety of digital assets, as per the preliminary research. The research presents interesting outlooks and applicable recommendations for effectively embedding threat modelling into the application development processes. The goal is to help companies achieve success in cybersecurity procedures and staying safe in the face of an ever-evolving threat landscape.
