The Computer Science student Conference is a chance to get together and celebrate the indepdentely directed project work undertaken by the taught students at Swansea University’s Computer Science department. At the conference there will be to groups of students present their individual project work as part of their degree.

The taught undergraduate students in their 3rd year of their course (many of them their final year) will demonstrate and present their recently completed projects in the Poster Fair. These students are studying courses such as:

• BSc Computer Science, three year course, expected finish date June 2024.
• BEng Software Engineering, three year course, expected finish date June 2024.
• MSci in Computer Science, four year course, expected finish date June 2025.
• MEng in Software Engineering, four year course, expected finish date June 2025.

The taught postgraduate Masters students, are undertaking a one year Masters course following on from their first degree, many of these students are coming from diverse backgrounds and skills sets from a range of disciplines to master Computer Science. Other students are specialising in a Computer science sub discipline, courses being studied are. 

• MSc Computer Science, one year course, expect finish date, Sept 2024 (most) or Dec 2024 (some).
• MSc Cyber Security, one year course, expect finish date, Sept 2024.
• MSc Data Science, one year course, expect finish date, Sept 2024
