Project Abstract

In an era when making financial decisions based on data is essential, so tools that can translate complex financial data into understandable insights for a wide variety of users is much-needed. This project is motivated by the challenge of making financial analysis easily accessible, not just to experts but also to beginners, so that there is an increase in the participation of users in financial markets. Using a user-centered design approach, this project creates the circular glyph visualization tool by combining the traditional methods with cutting-edge design to improve user understanding and engagement. It also adds a new feature that lets users compare timeline and scatterplot representations at the same time, by enriching the analysis with comparative insights. The related patterns will be evaluated with the interactive highlights, which make it possible for data points to be smoothly matched between various representations. Additionally, this platform will be improved with a slider for the time filter, which enables detailed temporal analysis. The expected result of this project is a user-friendly interface that lets users easily browse through data, identify the market trends, and also compare several stock markets. The Research findings suggest that this technology can make financial analysis easy to understand by providing an approachable and interactive platform. This project is expected to make an important contribution, by providing the users with the ability to easily understand the complexities of financial markets. If the initiative is successful, it will close the gap in financial data visualization and establish a new benchmark for user interaction with large, complicated stock market datasets.
