Project Abstract

Today, email is one of the major way of communication but when you have to write similar types of email again and again by making minor changes, then it will be just a waste of time. And this is where this email template system application comes into the picture.This project proposes the development of a web application for the Email Template System. The application is going to be very helpful and will ease the email communication system by letting the user setup an email template for specific task and will keep it stored on the application so that it can be re-used in the coming future. The template will consist of placeholders for dynamic data like student name, student number, date, etc.This application will provide a user-friendly interface with composing the email template as per their need. User can add the loops for adding multiple dynamic placeholders, and then they can have this template saved on their profile for later use. This will save the user?��s time from writing the same email again and again. After creating the template, they will get an option to choose whether to keep that template as private or public.And also for those who don?��t want to create their own template, they will get a feature where you can get your email written by AI for you. You can ask your email description as a prompt to the application and you will get your email completely written.
