Dynamic Computing Education Resource Hub for Teachers
Project Abstract
The continuous development of new technology implies a dynamic approach to computing education. Educators face a critical challenge: ensuring the procurement of such content is of high quality and curriculum-aligned as learning becomes more dynamic. Current platforms usually provide a huge amount of collections, which may not be targeted to what educators are looking for. Collaboration and knowledge sharing are not as much as desired, therefore leaving them feeling isolated. The Dynamic Computing Education Resource Hub (DC EHR) builds a bridge that connects the gap between schools and technology. The Dynamic Computing Education Resource Hub (DC EHR) plans to see a platform that will be driven by its users in the UK and that is specifically tailored to the needs of computing educators. DC EHR aims to be a central platform for sharing teaching resources among educational personnel and reusing them. Educators can alter the available resources according to their requirements and contribute them back to the platform. As a result, the whole process is maximised with collaboration, and the quality of materials is also increased. A team focused on domain experts will ensure that the collection is up-to-date and complete.DC EHR is not limited to a simple repository; it has advanced search functionalities that enable instructors to find resources based on particular criteria in an easy manner. Further, a careful screening and authorization procedure ensures the quality and consistency of the posted resources.By using the interactive features of JavaScript and Next.js, the platform will be able to create a simple and dynamic interface for teachers to access and add resources. A solid backend architecture, implemented with C# and ASP.NET programming languages and MS SQL Server, will keep the system running perfectly, and data will be stored, retrieved, and managed quickly and effectively.Through collaboration, a rich resource base, and user-centered functionalities, DC EHR would aim to enable teachers to deliver stimulating and useful lessons. the purpose of the project is to lay the foundation of necessary computing skills for the upcoming generation, which is vital for them to be successful in the digital era.
