Artificial Intelligence-Based Employee Recruitment System

Project Abstract

To improve the hiring process, “Artificial Intelligence Based Employee Recruitment system” combines machine learning, expert systems, and data analysis to improve hiring process. The primary goal of this project is to reduce time-consumption in the hiring process for both recruiters and candidates. There is requirement of an automated system that can assist both recruiters and applicants to identify the best candidates from pool of candidates for a specific job role, in many instances over 300 applications were made for a single job posting on platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn which makes difficult for recruiter to review resume of each applicant and find best candidate among them so this system will provide best candidate with the help of its AI based system that will collect and preprocess the data, filter essential requirement, match candidate with best job roles to applicants and provide best candidates to recruiters according to skillset, experience and job requirement along with this it will also ensure the data security with the help of double layer authentication and complying with GDPR regulations. Additionally, it will provide a candidate’s performance report every six months, which further aids in understanding the most recent trends and making new for strategies employer for better growth of organisation. Overall, the system will improve organizational effectiveness, expedite the hiring process and reduce hiring bias.
