well-being tracker

Project Abstract

The Well-being tracker is a project aspiring to enhance the view of a modern calendars purpose. It will take into account habits of a user and prepare a better reorganised calendar to ensure their mental health is looked after. Ways this can be done within the calendar application will be for example, if too many tasks are based within one short period of time there can be a risk of the user facing burn out. The calendar will recognise this and reorganise the tasks to be more spread out relieving the user. This will hopefully provide a greater appreciation for mental health and encourage us to take better care in mental state by becoming aware of potential difficulties that may occur. A finding while working on the product was that the greater product of the application was the knowledge given to the user in how they could help themselves making them aware of poor habits and the hope that in the future they can spot them more easily themselves.
