A Tool to Discover Patterns in Blood Datasets

Project Abstract
My main goal is to be able to have a further understanding of general data science prior to my master’s. This project has been crafted in a way that imitates a lot of the similar processes that are used in an actual workplace environment. For this, I have to deploy a disease risk analysis web application with data visualizations and artificial intelligence (MLP). I have web scraped the relevant NHANES datasets and stored them within an SQL database. To analyze such files, I have created a web application via PHP that uses Python and R. The simplicity of the web application makes it easy to use for patients and doctors alike. This web application scrutinizes unhealthy lifestyles by promoting the likelihoods associated with them. On a larger scale, it could be used to process blood results of patients and suggest to doctors or nurses to do follow-up testing and analysis.
