EDUCATIONAL SUITE OF APPLIED TASKS- SOFTWARE TESTING
Project Abstract
This project will involve developing a web application which students can download and run themselves to find bugs whilst learning key software testing skills. Once found students should debug and fix these bugs to ensure the app runs as expected. This is envisioned to be a set of lab tasks once complete where students progress and develop their skills week on week using new software testing strategies as they go.This project can be used for several types of graduate courses including software testing, Systems engineering, Software verification and validation, and software quality assurance. To introduce testing concepts, techniques, and best practices in a systematic way that reflects an orderly evolution of testing process growth on both an individual and organizational level. In this project, We have to create an application for the project ? Educational Suite of Applied Tasks? by using the Python programming language and educational tools for software testing and also we have to find the bugs with the help of software testing skills. The main aim of this app is how to solve a bug and fix these bugs to ensure the app runs as expected and also understanding of testing execution problems and errors in open-source projects. The Bug is a slang term for flaws implying that the product or application isn?t filling the gaps as required. A product bug can also be an issue, blunder, or disappointment in programming testing. The bug occurred when developers made a mistake or error while fostering the item.
