Project Abstract

The main aim of this project is addressing the pivot role of AI in supply chain management (SCM) . It aims to enhance customer satisfaction , cost efficiency and decision making while addressing challenges within . The goal of integrating AI into marketing and supply chain digitization is to improve capacity planning, boost demand forecasting, and handle supply-side concerns in order to increase performance and competitiveness. Even with more money being spent on AI, supply chain operations still need to fully grasp this technology’s potential. This study aims to investigate and bridge the current research gaps on AI’s influence on supply chain management, as marketing professionals strive to optimize AI’s usefulness in addressing supply chain difficulties.The objectives are to identify obstacles in the supply chain, analyze the effectiveness of AI in removing these obstacles and determine the extent to which AI can be optimized in the supply chain . By combining existing knowledge doing empirical research and offering useful insights . Using a mixed-method approach, the study will collect qualitative data on the use of AI in supply chain management through focus groups and interviews with industry experts. Data analysis and surveying will be used in quantitative study to assess how AI may affect important supply chain performance metrics. To augment primary data collection efforts, a review of prior research and case studies will be conducted. The project’s goal is to improve supply chain management knowledge and techniques by investigating AI’s ability to solve important problems. By utilizing AI technologies and making educated judgments regarding their implications for supply chain operations, organizations may foster efficiency and creativity
