Project Abstract
The motivation came from the aspect of a new filed where ownership and authorship disputes in the domain of AI-generated art. This research posits the utilization of legal knowledge graphs as a pivotal tool in establishing a coherent framework for resolving such disputes and fostering harmonious coexistence between human and AI artistry. By meticulously examining pertinent cases and legislations, the study endeavours to furnish comprehensive insights into this evolving relationship, addressing the challenges precipitated by the rapid advancements in AI technology. This is via employing sophisticated tools such as XML and Cypher, the research meticulously crafts knowledge graphs to visually depict legal concepts, discern precedents, and scrutinize the interconnections between various legal cases and doctrines. The main findings unveil consistent legal quandaries and resemblances across diverse jurisdictions, thereby accentuating the imperative for nuanced legal analysis and adaptation to technological innovation. The scholarly contribution lies in offering a structured methodology to comprehend and redress the legal intricacies surrounding AI-generated art, thereby laying the groundwork for future research and the formulation of robust legal frameworks in this burgeoning domain.
