Project Abstract

The impact that social media platforms have had on mental health and wellness has been largely documented, but not enough has been done to combat this effects. Few platforms have attempt such as BeReal, but this still has short comings that needs to be addressed. The aim of this project was to create a social media style iOS app that encouraged its users to complete 3 objectives through their day, encouraging them to focus on wellness and health active lifestyle. A user can take of photo complete the objective, upload, and interact with others users posts. The objectives would then be randomised each day to start again.
